Charge of the Lancers, or Lancers' Charge, refers to a military maneuver in which a cavalry unit, usually armed with lances, charges towards an enemy position at high speed. It was typically used in the 19th century during battles and was known for its effectiveness in breaking through enemy lines. The charge was often accompanied by loud trumpet calls, drum rolls, and shouted battle cries. One famous example of the Lancers' Charge is the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, where British, Dutch, and German cavalry charged against the French army, leading to the ultimate defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte.
